Diagnosis is usually determined within the first day or two. Expedited Repair Repair is performed and returned on the same day we receive the product. The fee includes the regular repair fee + an additional 25% - 50% depending on the model involved. ERE Emergency Repair Exchanges You can receive a previously repaired, working unit immediately, as an exchange for your non-working product. Ship your bad unit to us after you've installed our working one. You keep the good unit, and we keep the bad one. The fee includes the price of repair plus an additional 25% - 50% depending on the product.

Here's How It Works All repairs are guaranteed for 90 days. If the damage is not repairable, we'll consult with you immediately. In such cases, the diagnosis is free. A flat fee is determined based on the product, its problem, and the solution required for repair.
